An event every week that begins at 7:00pm on Tuesday, repeating until February 5, 2019

Our Kickboxing program is the perfect blend of a gym-style workout and basic Western Boxing with Kickboxing applications. Classes include but are not limited to:
Western Boxing
Kicking Applications
Knee & Elbow Applications
Cardio and Endurance Exercises
Core and Muscle Toning Exercises
Kickboxing is a great way to get and stay in shape, tone muscles, and reduce stress.
* Lightweight boxing gloves needed for this class which are available for purchase at school.
