Learn how to safely and effectively build strength and endurance and increase your overall mobility with kettlebell and natural movement. Focus is on form and consistency. Small group class meets twice a week for 8 weeks at the Kairos Strong studio. Class designed for a wide range of ages and abilities. Private training also available.
