Cooking School: Sunday Dinner from the Garden

Join cookbook author, recipe developer, and cooking teacher Sheri Castle for a cooking demonstration taking inspiration from the beautiful Fearrington gardens and our local farmer’s markets (plus, perhaps, our own backyard gardens). This menu showcases our summer bounty of fresh produce.
• Pan-Seared Chicken Wrapped in Air-Cured Country Ham with Tomato Beurre Blanc
• Herbed Butterbean and Corn Succotash
• Summer Squash Gratin
• Margarita Pie with Blackberry Compote This demo will show you how to prepare these recipes, plus tips and tricks to grow your culinary technique.

This class is $75 per person and includes tax and gratuity, and samples of course!

The class will be held in The Cottage, our creative studio space and teaching kitchen.
